Pickup 
Orders can be picked up on weekdays between 10:00-18:00 at Bautzenerstr. 12, 10829, Berlin. Exact collection time will be agreed upon via email. 

Refund Policy

If you're unhappy with the artwork you've received or there's been a mistake, don't worry, I'll do my best to make it right for you. Get in touch straight away and I'll be happy to help.

• You have 14 calendar days from receipt to request a refund and another 7 days to return it. 
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
• To start a return, email me at joannasimson@gmail.com and I'll provide instructions for returning the items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order when you get it and contact me immediately if the artwork is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 
Once I've received and inspected your return I will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
