Hello, I'm JoOr Jojo. Short for Joanna. I'm from Stockholm and currently live in Berlin. I make collages, text based art, illustrations, videos and projections. A recurring theme in my art is a will to open-mindedness and a blurring of boundaries. One thing can become another thing.
My work is playful and reflective, often stemming from philosophical questions and wanting to trigger another way of looking at something. I am curious about how we come to decide what's what in today's society, as we continuously navigate our way through the abundance of images that surround us. Sometimes the idea leads and other times the process is intuitive, coming from a desire to work something out visually. You can explore available work in my shop.
